HOW TO PREPARE YOUR MAZU MATCHA?
Boil Water
Heat water to 70–80°C (not boiling) for the best matcha flavor.
Measure
Use 1.5 grams (approximately 2 scoops with our bamboo spatula) of Mazu Matcha.
Combine
Add the matcha powder to our handcrafted wabi-sabi bowl and pour in a splash of hot water (about 50ml).
Whisk
Use our bamboo whisk to mix until the matcha is fully dissolved and frothy.
Optional
Add more hot water (160ml total) or warm milk/plant-based milk for a creamy matcha latte.
